If paying with PayPal, choose PayPal as your payment option at check-out. Then, within 24 hrs you will receive a payment request from PayPal. Or, after your order is completed, go immediately to Paypal and send your payment to admin@yourbeautifulkitchen.com

ORDERING: Orders can be placed directly from this site through our secure on-line shopping cart. You can also order by phone, fax or regular mail. If ordering by fax, please include your phone #, email address, and payment information. If ordering through the mail, please check with us to confirm the availability of the item you want before sending payment.

ORDER PROCESSING: The time for order processing varies with different items and is stated on each item page. In the event that your order must be "Back-Ordered" you will be notified within 1-2 days and given the option of canceling your order if you wish.

E-MAIL RESPONSE: Generally your e-mails will be answered within 1 business day.

SHIPPING: All items are shipped either USPS, UPS Ground, Fedex, or USPS Priority.

Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is possible by "Special Request" only. Please e-mail for shipping rates before ordering. Check-out cannot calculate shipping charges for these locations and shipping must be added later. If you are buying an item that offers free ground shipping, Heartland Products will pay the ground shipping rate and ask you to pay the additional cost. This way, your shipping cost will be substantially reduced.

"Free Shipping" offers are for Ground shipping only.

SALES TAX: No sales tax is charged.

WARRANTY/RETURN POLICY: All items come with full manufacturer's warranty, which is descibed in each item description. In addition, we guarantee that the item will be as described on our site. If not, it can be returned or exchanged at no cost to you.

If your product is defective or damaged upon shipping, please contact us within 7 days of product delivery. Upon notification, Heartland Products will issue a return authorization number along with repackaging instructions, and instructions on return shipment to the distributor. Upon receipt of your item, the distributor will examine and evaluate your item. If it is determined that your item is defective, Heartland Products will authorize a replacement item be shipped to you.

Your purchases may be exchanged for similar items...for instance, a tablecloth can be exchanged for another of a different color, or, wine glasses can be exchanged for a different pattern. However, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges. Custom items cannot be exchanged. This includes custom tablecloths, and French tablecloths customized with an umbrella hole.

If you want to return a purchase that is not defective and the item is in new, saleable, unused condition it can be returned, freight pre-paid, except for custom items. We will issue a refund, however a 20% restock fee will apply. And, in cases where Heartland Products paid the cost of shipping, that cost for shipping will also be deducted.

Returned/exchanged items must be returned within ten days in the same condition received and in original undamaged factory packaging.
